Michael Maloney is a former three-term elected State’s Attorney for Dorchester County, Maryland. Upon leaving the State’s Attorney’s office, Mike went into private practice where his primary areas of practice became criminal defense and personal injury. He prosecuted and defended thousands of criminal cases across the State of Maryland. Additionally, he has handled thousands of personal injury matters.

Mike is a past president of the Dorchester County Bar Association and has received numerous awards from the community, including for his work as the founder of the Dorchester County Drug Task Force. As a former professional baseball player in the Triple A minor leagues and a former All American Basketball player, Michael is an avid sports fan. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Jane, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where they call home.
